Each dimension comprises two opposing traits, forming 16 different personality types.

In the program, CC will provide a detailed explanation of MBTI, covering its concept, background, development history, and its applications in areas such as career development and team building. The show will also use animated segments to showcase the characteristic traits of different MBTI types, aiding the audience in better understanding and applying MBTI.
